Message: What's with the negative sentiment?

I can't understand why just over the past week people have become much more negative regarding the future of this company. It's a bit of a paradox considering the feasibility study has been delivered to teck and the clock is ticking - yes there's debate about whether it's 120 days (plus the possibility of another 30 days).

Things are moving forward. Everyone knows that the feasibility study is skewed to be incredibly conservative, and it's still a positive feasibility study. I'm not sure where people are basing these predictions of a $1.50 buyout. I think that's fear and not really based on valuation of the company. The stock is not going to sell for a price based on a premium of the stock, it will be based on the value of the metal in the ground, and the valuation of surrounding property and future potential. Some of the most knowledgeable and analytical members on this board mainting somewhere in the $3 range (give or take a bit), and have not seen them revise these estimates recently.

If there's something dramatic that has changed in the last week that I'm unawawe of please enlighten me, but I fail to see anything objective data that explains the undercurrent of worry and anxiety that we're seeing on the board recently.

The clock is ticking and we have a very real chance of making a deal with teck in the coming weeks and months. The price is out of our hands, but if a deal goes through, I think we'll all have reason to celebrate.
