I think the part about the newest claims being subject to the Options Agreement is in reference to those claims being within the 2km Area of Interest clause in the Agreement. In a nutshell, that clause says we have to offer those properties within 2km of the Sched A lands to Teck. I think the general consensus on this board (if there ever really is one lol!) is that this 'offer' is a simple first rights of refusal offer of the properties to teck should we want to sell them.
We may well have picked up those claims for teck or for our own selfish interest in a potential CUU 2.0. I think they are a good thing.
The set of claims we picked up yesterday had the 2011 Titan survey run right up to the southeastern corner of the boundary. Elmer seemed to be chasing something there. The chargeability starts to improve as we get closer to them.
The claims from yesterday's NR is unshaded and outlined in dark blue in this image from 2011 under the word "Plan". The squiggly white lines are cat trails.
