Well yeah..

First the SEDAR thing was a stall tactic

I do not believe there ever was a requirement for that dodge, but hey, we need to file it on SEDAR, so we swallowed that

...and 45 days made it a maximum stall tactic, but the law kicked in on that

Now they want to say that we need another 30 days...from SEDAR

..and that too is creative, not in the agreement
