I spoke to Mike this week and he said he was very pleased with how quickly Teck was moving. They don't want to keep pushing Teck at this stage as they want to keep the great relationship they have with them. He mentioned that his clock started before Mondays press release. Not sure if he meant it theoretically however my take away from that is he things the negotiations will be completed sooner than what I am expecting. I am expecting before April. The vibe was really good and he mentioned a couple times that he was happy with teck. He doesn't think Teck wants to take to long with us either as Teck is busy with other ventures in different markets.
