The amount of gold, 10.6 million oz, is an impressive number which would put SC at about number 26 of the top 50 undeveloped gold deposits in the world:

The report also included some cu au porphyries such as Galore Creek because of the amounts of gold present. However, the average grades at SC are below 0.25 g/t so it's unlikely the gold alone would support a mine or interest a gold miner. A typical cut-off grade for an open pit gold mine would be 0.35 g/t such as mentioned here:

The good news is that the gold comes with the copper so you have to include the value of the gold in any share price estimate.
