Trading at 80 cents, my biased mind would say the market does not believe Teck will take a decision soon and offer a JV but what would we be missing to come to that conclusion? However, if we rely on our strong DD, teck should at least JV and certainly not drag this waiting above the 30 days to at least give us feedback and handle us the liard shares.

Liard shares transfer : positive effect on sp.

Then, If teck officially accepts the bfs as positive, they could not in their right mind, not back in into the project and thus injecting millions of dollars that would be used, among other things, to drill a few good holes here and there and switch the waste to inferred.

Teck back in : positive effect on sp

Otherwise, if Teck really expects that there are a lot of gold in the area and also in Galore as the rumour mill suggests, are they really to finance our drilling program so we can increase our value and sell our 25% part or else freely , while they could have done it themselves and look like heroes to the mining world?

Drill results : positive effect on sp

It appears to me that Teck should try to negotiate for the whole package and JV with a major partner of their own, after having fully proven the district. In the short term it might look like a ballsy move to pay lets say 1.2B for CUU but after drilling here and there they would have no difficulty to partner up, share expenditures and risk, while making a nice premium in maybe 1 or 2 drilling season maximum?

Teck buy out : positive effect on our wallets

I can't wrap my head around any other scenario than teck buying us out for everybody's good sake. They would then take their time, drill it, look like heroes, make a ton of money.. Cuu sells everything, does'nt mine, gets ton of money... everybody is happy.

Now why is the market valuing us at 80 cents... Does'nt make sense... My guess is that Copper fox has burned the retail. They have poor PR, They did not respect 95% of their own deadlines in the past years, they did not share all informations as they should, their NR are poorly written (sometimes) and make it look like a mom and pop company. This stuff scare a lot of people. I guess we're the lucky few still hanging around (by choice or obligation - another debate) that will see this flower blossom... I just hope it will be this spring.

Good luck to all and feel free to challenge or discuss the above
