Think I mentioned a few days ago that would probably happen with the startt of the 120 day clock

And it won't happen until we demand the shares

So I don't think we need to speculate about it any more

Nothing will have happened until we see the actual NR

And like the SEDAR filing, that will be driven by law as it too will be a material event

Nothing is going to happen voluntarily
