Sorry, but there is absolutely no reason for us to believe that there is anything but a strict arms length relationship between CUU and Teck

I know we like to romaticize that everything is peaches and cream and things are proceeding swimmingly

..but let me remind everyone that there is absolutely no proof of any of this

And it would appear on the surface that Teck is in violation of the terms of the agreement, stalling for time

...and our share price remains where it would be if we had failed

Which is the correct intertpretation, I might add, until we achieve specific performance on our contract with Teck
