No, you need Google Chrome as a web browser (free download). No gmail or other google accounts needed.

I dont' know why Microsoft's Internet Explorer can't handle viewing these documents - especially since they are PDF's which are the standard in universal compatability. I find Google Chrome allows faster downloads too.

Folks can send me an email to ceibachappy726@gmail.com and I'll bounce them a pdf copy of the agreement if they prefer.
