CUU own 25% Schaft Creek: proven/probable min. reserves/940.8m tonnes = 0.27% copper, 0.19 g/t gold, 0.018% moly and 1.72 g/t silver containing: 5.6b lbs copper, 5.8m ounces gold, 363.5m lbs moly and 51.7m ounces silver; (Recoverable CuEq 0.46%)
You nailed it Liddy
Teck does not have an option to not form a JV with CUU (or assigns) if they want to stay in the project (without a buyout)
Revisit Para 15, Definitive Agreement
The formation of the JV, within 60 days of the BFS (whatever that means) is mandated as well as the necessity to draft an entire agreement superceding Salazar
Maybe that is what they are doing now
Hope CUU has enough sense to reserve the right to sell their interest, but I am not sure I have that much faith in their business acumen here
