"Ok, what if Teck said they didn't want the JV"

Hey WG, you having some Toddy or something? Your question is making me dizzy. At first I read it as Teck not approving of the JV we found to buy us out since we have no interest in being miners (whatever % Teck did not option for) so I gave you my response. Then I started to wonder how come sim1 got all confused and I started reading your posts again and thought maybe, you meant "shoe on the other foot" as literally, Teck does not want to back in at all because they don't want to partner with any JVs.

In that instance, they can a) walk away (which would make many of us very unhappy or b) buy us out 100% and JV option goes bye bye.

So which answer were you really looking for?
