So are you saying we can go well beyond 60 days without a comment from the company on a Joint Venture with Teck?

The JV in this case is just a re-writing of the current Agreement that Teck has to submit to Copper Fox within 60-days post feasibility. Copper Fox then has an unlimited time to review it. It's not really signfiicant because it is mostly the same Agreement we have now.
