We can't sell the Liard shares after get them until, Teck decides on the backin.

Teck gets back the same percentage of the Liard shares as they back in for.

E.G. We earn 78%-- they back in for 75%--they get 78%x 75%=58.5%

Cuu keeps the remainder= 19.5% plus the shares we already own- about 1.8%......chunky
