Thanks Chunky. And just to be clear and responding to some of the other posts, I am only commenting on my interpretation of the parties' rights under the contract. From a commercial standpoint, the study may show a much more robust project than the one described under Section 5.5(b)(i) but the study did not purport to meet the specifc parameters of that section.

Agree that March 6th is key.
