But the article makes the point of preserving the value of the JV for sale to a 3rd party

I think our agreement is structured well to capitalize on the junior position of most of the points the author raised

Should be substantial; pressure on Teck to get us out of the picture as we currently have a lot of saleable clout going forward

I do worry about our team giving levarage away to be good guys though
