Hi, RT: Further to Vette's post I think we are on the clock. I think this period of time is just a review period by Teck. If there are no concerns, the clock would have commenced the date the BFS was delivered.

The fact that we have heard nothing makes me think of house buying.

I don't like this house: I go to the open house and leave after 5 minutes and it's clear I won't be putting in an offer.

I do like the house: I go to the open house, I look over the documentation related to the house, recent repairs/upgrades, run some numbers on recent sales in the hood, etc. I take a bit of time to process all the information I know about the house and then put an offer in. This takes time.
