I believe according to Salazar, as long as Teck maintains their back-in options, 120 days from whenever, the Liard interests, which are legally the property of CUU as of the date of delivery of the BFS, whenever that was or is, then Teck regains whatever percentage of the Liard interest they have opted for, if they back-in

If they fail to back-in within 120 days, their rights to the Liard interests expire
