They are sitting on a mountain of cash, their operating units are all performing
There is no particular internal pressure on them to take action
So what's the hurry...
If CUU really believes that Teck is feeling any urgency or will take the initiative to move this forward in a timely manner, thety are dreaming
CUU must rely on the fact that the controlling agreement sets out specific values, timelines and actions and that in order to get Teck to move, they must insist on specific performance
...and this does not mean letting them interpret any part of the agreement strictly as they see fit
That is not what AGREEMENT means
