maybe the development costs are for lawyers spinning out our Arizona Payment plan... the deal could be reached with teck and cuu is working on the next step... PDAC would be a great time to announce this and is it a coincidence that our March 6th deadline for accepting BFS is tied in with the last day of the PDAC...
