Boy everyone raves about our management team, but all I'm seeing is all negative history on their part. I am looking forward to some buyout (even if it means break even). And would not even contemplate following to Arizona with this track record. Maybe when the first promised bfs is due I will look back at it a year or two later then I may invest. Glta on this play though.
