Darpa - I was speaking about finding out the date of the delivery to teck because I think that should be a question that CUU should be able to answer without giving away some deep, dark secret. I don't think it was worth asking if/when teck is on the clock as that seems to qualify as 'quiet period' material that they can't talk about.

The caveats in that NR about no guarantees of Teck recognizing the acceptance nor the start of the clock probably are part of our 'quiet period' as that would mean that CUU would have to declare what Teck is thinking or doing which is risky.

However, asking CUU when they handed teck a document shouldn't be a big secret.
