I didn't see an official statement outlining applicable expences nor notice of feas. What we did get was skillfully crafted to avoid telling us when the 30 days was up.

They have an obligation to inform us of when the 30 day clock starts. Instead we get the broader 120 days. The 120 days seems to be governed by the acceptance clause yet this detail was omitted because the company seems to consider it a slippery slope and cited underlaying agreements we are not privy to that will govern the final outcome. Omitting the details of these agreements might seem like lying but it isn't.
