The 4 yr clause in in a underlying agreement that we shareholders don't have access to. My notion that the 4 yr clause is pretty much anulled came from the Dec 24th conference call (copy of the call on CuU's website).

On top of that, it was this underlying agreement that Elmer commented early last year or maybe even late 2011 that you could '' shoot a cannon ball through it". We were talking about it last March:

While it hasn't been tested in court and we don't have the full story, I honestly can't put any faith that the 4 year clause holds any water any more. jmho.
