After reading that report, and assuming the tells on possible share price are accurate, the refusal to acknowledge the BFS by Teck becomes a bit more understandable
They know our share price will not budge unless and until they acknowledge the BFS (the reason why we need the Liard shares, not for their future value their immediate symbolic value)
If it is correct, that the posture of CUU here is to simply wait for Teck to decide what to do, that the contract has no independent enforcement value then we be screwed
No one else will lok at us under this scenario, Teck knows this
A $2 share price is a fantastic premium to our (managed) share price
...and I can simply dial in a 6 figure loss as the price for investing in a toy company
