It does not matter if we believe Jason or not, the markets are pricing us at .84, therefore a buyout at $2 is a pretty good return at todays price. I'm hoping for at least 1.40 for a double, but if I can get $2 tomorrow I will be all over it instead of praying for $2.25 next year.

I had convinced myself that the pounds in the ground was going to be the deciding factor for the buyout price, but I am not that sure anymore. Time will tell but the sooner the better.
