I have spoken to CUU management on numerous occasions and the one thing that Elmer keeps repeating over and over, when I talk to him, is to never believe anything that's on the BBs; just saying.

PS: I did my best at the last VRIC to get a feel for any hint of what may be the $$$ value at the buyout, and I got nowhere with Jason, Mike and Elmer.
