CUU absolutly need to enforce the 30 days,120 days. Otherwise Teck is getting all the freetime in the world and we could very well be tied to their shut lips for several months or until EA,elections,drill results or whatever they want happen. This ''non-respect'' of our contract's timelines is our biggest treath in my opinion and since CUU has a history of pushing deadlines, I am affraid of how long things will drag.

If some other people are going to PDAC could they please ask Elmer or Mike: Why are we not enforcing the deadlines and what happens once they are passed if we did not enforce them (stuck in limbo for months,years?) ?
