Can someone tell me why Teck might back out entirely?

I agree that they probably wouldn't

Especially if they are able to pick us up at close to our current share price

...and as long as they remain non-commital, they will keep us frozen at that price

Since we apparently have no levers to pull, they will simply wait for us to blink

And since the only timeline that seems to remain inviolate is the 120 day back-in, we simply need to know when or if that has started

...and I submit that they don't know because they haven't performed in a business, like manner
