Honestly, not sure. I must have sounded like a real moron with my questions and she obviously could tell that I don't understand mining very well (not enough for sure). I do understand the inner workings of businesses but not the mining part and she really was nice and told me we will get an NR when we have something to anounce. If this would have been my wife she would have asked me if she should just try and poop one out. :-)
