Oh no.. another 'mid to late summer debate' LOL!
I guess it depends on what dates you include with the 30 (i.e. do you count the day it's recieved or not). I'm not going to make this a hill to die on but I'm thinking day 1 is the date its recieved and they have to deliver by the 30th day. (by same calc, i see June 5th as the 120th day)
