As for Teck not having a partner of their choosing, the new option we're supposed to create that supercedes the 2002 option agreement could easily be negotiated to allow Teck to have say as to who CUU may sell its remaining interest to (Some sort of FROR clause, to some degree). Or they might have something in there that gives them some say and they aren't "forced" into buying SC.
