CUU own 25% Schaft Creek: proven/probable min. reserves/940.8m tonnes = 0.27% copper, 0.19 g/t gold, 0.018% moly and 1.72 g/t silver containing: 5.6b lbs copper, 5.8m ounces gold, 363.5m lbs moly and 51.7m ounces silver; (Recoverable CuEq 0.46%)
I'm not sure I'm following the accounting here with the $1.9B: ..."Out of the 3Billion capex, it's costing Teck 75% = $2.25 Billion. Remove the 340million they spend to get 75% and the capex is down to $1.9 Billion."... Teck still would need to spend $2.25B no matter how you split it, no?
I said that because the requirement to earn 75% is to spend $340 million and they also have to finance. I see it has hitting two birds with 1 stone since the $340 is spent on building the mine and 75% of the $340 million is funding their own portion.
