Liard Copper Mines Limited Key Developments

Liard Copper Mines Limited Appoints Elmer B. Stewart to the Board of Directors

Teck Resources Limited invited Elmer B. Stewart to join the board of directors of Liard Copper Mines Limited. The annual general meeting of shareholders of Liard was held on November 30, 2011 at which time, Mr. Stewart's appointment as director was approved by the shareholders of Liard.

Any possibility that the appointment of Elmer on the Board of Directors at Liard is for this sort of purpose? To use him as a pawn in negotiations? I'm sure Elmer is compensated in some form for being on the Board. IMO, I think Elmer being on the Liard Board is a conflict of interest to CUU and negotiations. What do you think?
