Teck was very fair with CCY. It allowed CCY to buy its Laverde interest (40%) out (within 180 days for $20 million) and it also allowed CCY to force Teck to come up with $20 million exploration money for the additional 20% interest. So Teck didn't really elect in or out but threw it back into CCY's hands to make the decision. That is very considerate and perhaps we will see a similar deal for CUU.......a mutually agreeable re-defined agreement. ON the first read of the CCY PR, I missed it. Wow.
