Good digging Liddy, if Teck notified us late today I would expect a notice tomorrow. failing that, we're over another hurdle and the clock has 90 days to go. I seriously doubt Teck would wait until the last hour of the last day.

Now the next leg is, will they back in and for how much, pretty obvious I think, or will they take us out at a fair price..starting to get excited again, may buy back some shares if the price is right. I'll check the opening......chunky
