Of course they can, or 8%, or 51%, or 80% or 37.5%

The back in can and will be whatever both parties agree to

Forget the numbers in the old agreement

It wil be what they decide going forward

Not saying it won't be one of the scenarios in the existing Salazar agreement

Just saying it does not need to be.....
