I think it was reported that Cathy said it was recieved on the 5th (not the 4th) so they'd still have till tomorrow at 11:59PM, no?

There's also the question of if it is material or not, given that they had already assumed it was positive (and say so in their prior NR's but there was the risk of Teck not exercising their options etc.).
