Institutions rarely take positions in sub $1.00 stocks, and if they were to they should be buying on the open market like the rest of us did. I don't think CUU would be giving an institution better treatment than anyone else. I think this PP was due to miscalculations on something we have yet to learn about. However, the timing is questionable, which can be seen by another day of lack of interest on the market.
