So it's safe to assume no "discussions" are ongoing?
Well Teck hasn't made a move yet. Discussions can go on between lawyers or between Teck high level VP's or betwen Teck and possible partners etc...
The process has started and is ongoing.
Teck hasn't objected to the terms in the agreement, nothing says they must come out and say ''ok we approve''. CUU met the terms already and Teck had time to review. Working with CUU since Jan 2010, land buying on both sides, available data base, appendices in Dec, 45 days to filing, now we are over 30 days past filing.
If Copper Fox can get the BC Hydro agreement and EA application I'm sure that process will get that much more interesting.
This is a bif deal, Teck possibly welcoming a new player in it's Northern BC District plan is a big deal.
