Could we adopt a policy that when someone is banned and maybe even if a message is removed that the hub leader that does it at least says they are the one that did it and a very brief why?

You get a ticket from a cop, at least you have a name. Here people are banned and nobody knows who did it or why. If someone is getting a little trigger happy, we have no way of calming him/her down... If someone has to put their name to doing the ban you can be sure it will be more carefully enforced.

An annonymous person banning people with impunity seems a bit draconian.
