Chappy, after reading your post several times, I wonder how much material information CUU is not releasing to its retail shareholders that are of tremendous importance because it affects our investment decisions. Can CUU really be that committed and bound to Teck to risk legal obligations to us? Can CUU's legal counsel be that weak to not stand up to the client to abide by the law? hmmmm. Disturbing.
