That would be nice. Lets hope that holds true. However companies will sometimes (often) create several branches so they maximise tax returns and minimize tax payments . example : a transportation company has one entity that manages warehouses, one that takes care of maintenance, one that finance, one that repairs the trucks etc...and they make money rolls between them and maximize their cashflow and taxs and such this way.. I dont know for sure what's the case here...
