With every down day, my personal estimate of a $1.40ish buy out is unfortunately making more and more sense (IMO). It would take some pretty fancy tap dancing to get me to increase the price. Our reasoning of pounds in the ground just is not cuttung it for exploration companies at this point, as most are stuck in a downeard trend.

I also support management going on vacation as they have earned that right. However, the timing just kind of sucks right now. I compare it like if my wife was nine months pregnant and I decided to go on a two week fishing and or hunting trip with the boys. Nothing good would come out of that, and I better bring home some pretty impressive road kill if I want forgiveness!!
