I totally agree Chops. By the term 'greedy free miners' I was only describing their own rational selfish interest in making money from their efforts. By the same token, I'm a greedy self interested CUU long.

As for why CJL walked away... a little bird pm'd me to say that they understood that the company (CJL) sold out and is no longer operating after one of the priciples retired which may explain why the claim was dropped.
