It's not an actual JV within 60 days. Teck has to deliver to Copper Fox a definitive JV agreement before the 60 days are up that is essentially the same as our current Agreement, but it would be the one that is used if Teck were to back in and earn a percentage.

Although Teck has to deliver it before 60 days are up post-feasibility, there is no time limit on how long Copper Fox can take to review it. I do hope this might be a time for Teck to just get on with it and declare their interest.
