I don't believe it. The feasibility news release said that "Copper Fox anticipates submitting the EA Application and EIS as early as Q3 2013." I'm more inclined to believe this date. Using terminology like "as early as" means a best case scenario. It's not likely we suddenly went from Q3 to Q1.

For those interested in following progress of the EAA, this website has all the relevant documents. There has not been anything new since the end of 2012.
