Depends on one's tolerance for risk coupled with degree of exposure. Conventional wisdom says that retirees put their money in so-called "safe" investments, to which I say "b*ll*cks to that"! I'm a retiree and, yes, I'm anxious but no more so than the average retail investor. I didn't copy/paste the second part of your message but ask that you avoid making critical comments about other forum members.
