And this at the very least gives us investors something to chew on and some type of assurance that the value of our part of the project will increase as Teck starts the process and once the market realizes that as Teck's part of the project goes up in value, we go up to, like a house renovation on someone else's dime. It might give investors who are under water a better chance at selling at a more reasonable price.
