If Teck only elects to take 75% of the land within the agreement, wouldn't the land outside the agreement loose its value if Teck does not take it?

In the sense that with all the land they purchased around SC, they would control a lot in the area.

It would be pretty expensive for another company to start another mine right beside no?

Im my opinion, Copper Fox needs to protect ours interests by signing a long term agreement with Teck for the entire district.
