Yes sure every shareholder should allowed to opionate what they think.

Management does read the board every now and then.

My reasoning is that it is uncessary to post your fustrations on a forum to other shareholders on how bad management is.

If you want to vent out, maybe call or email the company?

If that doesn't solve it, sell your shares. Simple as that.

But to come into a public forum and creating negative noise on what's with the delays!!! etc etc. Just give the company a call and figure it out.
